              Whey Powder Products
              Sweet whey powder is obtained by drying fresh whey (derived during the manufacture of cheeses such as cheddar and swiss) that has been pasteurized and to which nothing has been added as a preservative. Sweet whey powder contains all the constituents of fresh whey, except moisture, in the same relative proportion.

              Demineralized whey powder (also called reduced-minerals whey) is obtained by removing a portion of the minerals from pasteurized whey. Typical levels of demineralization are 40%, 50% and 90%. The dry product may not exceed 7% ash. Demineralized whey is produced by physical separation techniques such as precipitation, filtration or dialysis. The acidity of demineralized whey may be adjusted by the addition of safe and suitable pH ingredients.

              Whey powder products is suitable for dairy, bakery, confectionery and other food and nutritional products, it is economical source of dairy solids and can be used as an alternative for lactose. Whey powder products has a free-flowing, easy-to-disperse carrier in dry blends.

              Sweet whey powder, spray dried, is the product from the removal of water from fresh sweet whey, the byproduct of natural cheese manufacturing. The product is in compliance with the standards and regulations for food safety in the country of origin and Codex Alimentarius.
